Volunteer at Head Start

I had the opportunity to volunteer at Head Start in Mason's class. We really had a great time, there are some really good kids in his class. It rained all day long that day so play time outside was a little different. All the kids had a wonderful time creating there own things. We had kids builing troughs, sand piles, and mixing sand and water.

Mini Dounuts

On Sunday evening we broke out the mini- donut maker that we got for Christmas. We had fun making them and deciding how many different ways we could decorate them.

New Member to the Family

So we have purchased a new vehicle. We are very thrilled about it, the kids are so excited for it to get here. We should have it on Friday Night. Our sweet friends are driving it here from Mesa, AZ for us.

2 Front Teeth

Olivia's front teeth were not getting loose. As we were keeping an eye on them her permanent teeth started coming in behind her primary teeth, I couldn't beleive it. I had to take her to the dentist and have her front teeth pulled.

Olivia was so brave, this was her first experience other than having her teeth cleaned. She layed back and watch the movie "Bolt" and before she knew it both of her teeth were out. A huge thanks to Dr. Brett Christensen for doing such a great job.

The tooth fairy visited after Olivia went to sleep and left her $2.00 and let her keep her teeth. Olivia really didn't want the tooth fairy to take her teeth from her. :)

Before and After

We went and walked through a house that use to be owned by us. We lived in this house when we first moved to Hurricane, it was a cute little house at one time. We turned into a rental and moved to the north side of town. Unfortunatley the renters did a lot of damage on the place. We were lucky enough to sell it while it was being rented. The new owners tore down all but 2 walls and rebuilt the house. So here are some before pictures. (reminder these were not taken while we lived there)

































And here is the after. This is a beautiful house, I couldn't believe the difference in the home. The fireplace was removed, the bedrooms all have there own bathroom. Each bathroom is huge, the closets are all walk in closets.























The kitchen is beautiful. All custom built kitchen cabinets with granite countertops.

Ice Cream Driver

Over the weekend Olivia and Mason were gone camping with Granfather and Grandma Sant and the Humphries family. So I decided I would take avantage and go to the mall. While we were there I took Gracie to the little rides, she had so much fun.

Hair Strightening

So Olivia talked me into straightening her hair last Sunday afternoon. It took me 2 hours to straighten her hair, but she loved it. I can't believe how much older it makes her look. Olivia is such a good sport about it, she sat right there and patiently waited for it too all be done. I just wish it would last more than a few days. If anyone knows of any hair product do use to keep the curls straight longer let me know.
